NEdit

NEdit is a Unix text editor for programmers and general users. It has a graphical user interface and a macro language with a complete library of editing functions, syntax highlighting for 30 common languages and text processors, and the best mouse-interactivity available in a Unix text editor.

It has built-in syntax patterns for CSS, Regex, and XML, and supports wheel mouse scrolling and high/true-color systems.
