GNUCash
Gnucash is a personal finance manager. A checkbook-like register GUI lets you enter and track bank account, stocks, income, and expenses. The interface is designed to be simple and easy to use, but is backed with double-entry accounting principles to ensure balanced books.
Gnucash intends to grow to include an infrastructure for general financial computing. The project, although new, is quite active and is developing new software and adding features regularly.
