IRM

IRM is a Web-based asset tracking system built for IT departments and helpdesks. It keeps detailed information about each computer (as well as a complete history and a repair list tracking) by RAM type, operating systems, hard drive space, etc. There is a built-in search system.

It can track software (for example, by installed copies or licensing)and provides e-mail notification, tight security, reports, group associated tracking, and SNMP support. It can map a network by either devices or ports/wires, and had a trouble tracking system with priorities, assign to ser, historical tracking, anonymous Web submission and followups.
