Mailman-Discard

Mailman is great, but once the spammers find your lists, the web-based GUI just isn't up to the task to get rid of all the spam. This application can help.

This acts as a web browser, and fetches the "pending requests" page for one or more mailing lists. It will then present several subject lines to you, and if they are all spam you can get rid of them all just by pressing "y RET".
