'CenterICQ' is a text mode menu- and window-driven ICQ interface. You can send, receive, and forward messages, URLs and contacts, mass message send, search for users, view users' details, maintain a contact list directly from the program, view message history, register a new UIN and update details, be Ktold when messages come in, and have your own ignore and visible lists. It can also associate events with sounds.
