guavac
This is a Debian packaging of Effective Edge Technologies Java compiler. Guavac will allow you to write your own Java programs and applets. WARNING: guavac is orphaned upstream. It is recommended to use gcj or jikes instead. As of 2001-08-03 the home page of http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~engberg/guavac/ was defunct.
