KDE is a graphical desktop for GNU/Linux systems. It is available in 42 languages and ships with the core KDE libraries, the core desktop environment, and over 100 applications. The current distribution includes run-time libraries and base components, as well as various user applications including an office suite, graphics, multimedia, games, utilities, and networking packages. It also includes an integrated help system.
