KDocker

http://kdocker.sourceforge.net
KDocker is a program that helps you to dock any application in the system tray. Very few applications have docking capabilities, and even if they do, sometimes they are specific to desktops such as GNOME or KDE. This makes it possible to dock OpenOffice.org, XMMS, Firefox, Thunderbird, and other programs and works for KDE, GNOME, XFCE, and probably many other environments.
