KPreg

http://kpreg.codigolivre.org.br/
KPreg simplifies completing Web forms and other programs. It provides an interface to enter commonly required data, such as name, email, address, etc. One mouse click copies any item in the text list to the clipboard so it can be pasted into any form or application. You can also iconize and color code various types of information. KPreg can dock in the panel for easy access (in KDE).
