'mfg' is a fairly simple makefile generator. It tries to guess all necessary steps to create a specified target file from a given set of source files, and will then create a makefile performing these steps using one of the provided template files. It is not intended to replace 'automake' (a complex tool for creating complex makefiles). It is intended for small projects that do not need the full functionality of automake and human readable makefiles are more important.
