| Full description | f2w helpdesk is a Web-based helpdesk packa … f2w helpdesk is a Web-based helpdesk package. It categorises requests to an arbitrary level of detail (using an expert-system-like question and answer method) and associates advice and problem-specific information with the various request categories. The resulting knowledge base helps resolve frequently occurring problems more quickly. Users can also add their own tasks, thus using the program as a todo list or for workflow within teams.
