| Full description | The `paxutils' packages is an attempt to m … The `paxutils' packages is an attempt to merge `cpio' with `tar' and add support for the related 'pax' commmand and format required by POSIX. It isn't production quality yet: only test versions are available. The current stable versions of 'cpio' and 'tar' are separately maintained, but the goal is to integrate them into 'paxutils.' goal is to integrate them into 'paxutils.' |
