RefTeX wraps itself round four LaTeX macros: \label, \ref, \cite, and \index. Using these macros usually requires looking up different parts of the document and searching through BibTeX database files. RefTeX automates these time-consuming tasks almost entirely. It also provides functions to display the structure of a document and to move around in this structure quickly. RefTeX is bundled with Emacs and available as a package for XEmacs. If you are using an earlier version of Emacs or if you are craving for the latest features and bugs, get the standalone distribution.and bugs, get the standalone distribution. command-line  + true  + references  + , emacs  + , latex  + , Lisp  + , package  + , bibtex  + , citation  + , labels  + 10 August 2009  + Kelly Hopkins  + 10 August 2009  + RefTeX  + AUCTeX Maintainer  + , http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/reftex/  + , mailto:bug-auctex@gnu.org  + , http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/auctex  + , http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex/mailing-lists.html  + Developer  + , Bug Tracking  + Download  + , E-mail  + , Homepage  + , Mailing List Info/Archive  + 2,615  + 12 April 2011 08:22:49  + Maintainer  + a specialized package for support of labels, references, citations, and the indices in LaTeX.  + 1 April 2011  + documentation-tool  + text-creation  + intermediate  + 9 August 2009  + 4.34  + mature  + text  + , , , , , , , , 25 November 2014 17:58:59  + , , , , ,
