The SBIG STV control software is designed to control the SBIG STV CCD camera and autoguider in GNU/Linux. This camera is used by amateur and professional astronomers to guide their telescopes. The software enables to control the CCD control box (a standalone fpga based system) via a PC's serial port. The current version of the software supports hardware keypress emulation. Image download is implemented in a soon-to-be-released version.
