GraphThing

http://graph.seul.org/
Tool for creating, manipulating, and studying graphs

GraphThing is a tool for creating, manipulating, and studying graphs. These "graphs" are mathematical objects, that describe the relationships between sets; they are not 2D plots, charts, or any other sort of visual object. Current features include:

  • Ability to add, delete and move vertices and edges
  • Ability to load and save graphs
  • Graph complements and subgraphs
  • Quick creation of many common graphs (complete, cycle, null, star, etc.)
  • Ability to determine shortest path, connectivity and Eulericity
  • Adjacency matrix (including exponents) and degree sequence
  • Chromatic polynomial and chromatic number
