Gwenview

http://gwenview.sourceforge.net/home/
Gwenview is a simple image viewer for KDE 2.0. Image loading is done by the Qt library (so it supports all image formats your Qt installation supports). It features a folder tree window and a file list and thumbnail window for easy navigation in your file hierarchy and uses docked windows so you can alter the layout.
