Kawa is a featureful dialect of scheme. It can be used as a scripting language, but also comes with a compiler. It is optionally statically typed, efficient and integrates well with Java.

BRL has no restrictions on copying unless changes are made, in which case it is under the GPL. The BRL feature isn't enabled by default.
