* Calc: This is a spreadsheet facility that allows you to calculate and analyze your data and has tool which allows you to generate charts if you want to show statistics visually.
 
* Impress: This is an application that enables you to create slide presentations.
 
* Draw: This is an application that allows you to create diagrams and 3D illustrations
 
 
 
The following features in OpenOffice 2.0 can be compiled with GCJ from GNU Classpath:
 
* Base (database) and jdbc driver support
 
* Document wizards in Writer
 
* XML Docbook exporting
 
* Other Export Filters
 
* Mail merges
 
* XSLT filters
 
 
 
The following festures do not work on a Free platform:
 
* Accessibility tools
 
* movies/sound in documents
 
 
 
The status of the following compoents are currently unknown:
 
* Report Autopilot
 
* Beanshell scripting
 
* UNO bridge
 
* For OpenOffice 1.X distributions that only provide Free Software have disabled any components written in the java language.
