Rewraps paragraphs
'rewrap' rewraps paragraphs, separated by blank lines, from standard input and writes them to standard output, removing multi-spaces. It is mainly intended for Project Gutenburg Postproofers, but if you just have a small terminal window and don't like reading text with lines that are too long and scroll around your window, it is also useful.
