Cross-platform beat counter
'PhatBeat' is a cross-platform beat counter for collectors, producers, DJs, and others interested in beat-oriented music. It currently requires the user to tap in the beat during listening; it then calculates and displays the track's BPM and the size of a measure in seconds. The package includes both graphical and command line interfaces.
