A program to retrieve project information from Web sites.

Projinfo is designed to retrieve a project's information from various Web-based databases, such as freshmeat and SourceForge. It can be used to monitor project status, the current release, rank, subscriptions, and total number of downloads.

Note that an unrelated command-line utility also named projinfo is provided by PROJ version 6.0.
