Bulletin board system with a Web interface
'RBBS' (Raving Bulletin Board System) is a bulletin board system with a Web interface. Users can post new articles and attach responses to existing reports. While RBBS is mainly intended for use as a communication system like a BBS, it is also useful for individual use and for one-to-many communication.
