Ruby application framework that uses the RubyWebDialogs GUI

'rwdtinker' is the core application for a Ruby application framework using the RubyWebDialogs GUI. It provides a system for developing programs via a Web-based interface, and lets developers combine and create applets to implement an application. Features include built-in bug report submission, remote control with UDP ports, a test framework, and context-sensitive help.
