Google Serial Graphics Adapter BIOS (SGABIOS)
Video BIOS / option rom that outputs its text on a serial port instead of the display.

Video BIOS / option rom that outputs its text on a serial port. It can be included in Libreboot and Coreboot images and be run by Seabios. It can also be programmed inside the flash chip of a video card in order to be compatible with BIOS implementations (like Seabios or nonfree BIOS).
