Reads HTML or XML files tag by tag
Tagreader lets you read HTML or XML files tag by tag in a manner similar to reading text files with "while(<>)". It also includes utilities to check for broken links in Web pages, to build tar archives from a number of HTML pages (including images), and to list all of the links in an HTML page.
