Thank you for writing computer software and setting it free. However, there are a couple of issues which prevent its inclusion in the FSD. Please take a look at the follow. I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice Craigt (talk) 15:03, 3 February 2023 (EST)

The licensing of this program is ambiguous. I suggest reviewing: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-recommendations.html and https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.en.html

It is unclear if the declarations for this program to be in the public domain is effective. I am not familiar with the term "static domain".

It is also unclear if Factory C can run on GNU/Linux. All entries in the Directory must be able to run on GNU/Linux.

  • The about page says it can work as a Code Blocks project. I was not familiar with that and that should be linked from the page, but Code::Blocks can run on GNU/Linux. I would assume this would compile with gcc as well without Code::Blocks. Mmcmahon (talk) 13:54, 6 February 2023 (EST)

Properly Registering

Sorry about the problems, can you please explain to me more what you mean by "ambiguous" and how to fix it. I want this registered in the FSD and will do whatever it takes to do so. In the meantime I will browse around with the links you sent me (02/19/2023) Christopher Posten 300203534.
