XT-Mail scans the contents of email messages using the Exim local_scan feature. It operates after the sending client has completed the SMTP data phase and is waiting for an answer from the servers. Messages containing unwanted content can be rejected, redirected, or blackholed. It supports any antivirus Daemon that handles compressed attachments and SpamAssassin.
