GNU stalkerfs

Desktop search engine.

GNU stalkerfs is a desktop search engine which gathers metadata not only from the underlying filesystem(s) but also from files themselves. This way it enables the user to find files using full-text search or special-attributes search, like using the interpreter of a shell script. It also supports file-tagging which enables the user to mark files with tags and access those through a special directory structure.
