Add a custom column, set the default columns settings for any new folder, and show hidden columns in the Conversation Tab and in the search window.
There is a license problem which states this is licensed under both CC BY-NC and GPLv3. I filed a bug with the maintainer recommending they fix this by removing the part about CC BY-NC, see https://github.com/micz/ColumnsWizard/issues/57
