Drupal is a modular content management/discussion/community engine.

Its features include (but are not limited to) custom content types and fields, an interface to create, manage, and display lists of content, theme support, a submission queue and content rating, content versioning, taxonomy support, user management with a fine-grained permission system based on user roles (groups), excellent translation and Multilingual support, support for content syndication (RSS/RDF import and export), error logging, and much more.
