https://sourceforge.net/projects/etherboot/files/etherboot/5.4.4/etherboot-5.4.4.tar.gz/download is the last collection of code files I could find with a license still intact. The repo git://git.etherboot.org/scm/gpxe.git seems to be misconfigured (with a default config) and was deemed not secure for pulling from.
