Submit new entries

To submit a new entry to the directory:

  1. Login to the directory
  2. Head to our submission page.
  3. Enter the name of the package or software program.
  4. You will be brought to a multi-part form -- don't panic! Only the first few fields are required.
  5. The final step is to go to the last tab and press the save button at the bottom.

After our team has reviewed your submission thoroughly, completed adding as much data as possible, and ensured it meets all of our guidelines, your submission will be published on the Directory.

File a bug or make a suggestion

On the page of each package listed in the directory, clicking the please tell us how to improve this entry button in the bottom left corner of the page will allow you to submit a short bug report.

If the page you are on does not have such a button, or you would like to file a bug or suggestion to help us improve other pages or aspects of our directory, then you can do so by clicking the button below:

Are you reporting that a project listed on the directory contains nonfree software or nonfree documentation? Then make sure to click the checkbox that asks just this question when submitting your bug or problem with a particular listing in the directory.
