Changes such as Special:Diff//85038 add a query that, by default, does alphabetic list, but which leaves a way for client-side JS (tested) or API-based clients (untested) to provide sorting functionality through user-interaction. However, due to the possible result limit of this Semantic MediaWiki instance, the client-side sorting is limited to those results.
So, suppose the limit is 50 and there are 100 issues of all priorities, then the client-side sort will only deal with the first 50. --Adfeno (talk) 20:47, 27 July 2021 (EDT)
Require setting Property:Is top priority issue
Changes from Special:Diff//85057 to Special:Diff//85072 (various pages) take care of replacing the old top priority category with above property even for those which are not top priority issues, as well as better describing the requirement of such property and the implications of lack of use.
