Tool to fetch system hardware details.

This is a small light weight tool which fetches hardware details from a GNU/Linux system and tested to work on RHEL8/7/6 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), CentOS, SLES/SLED 15/12/11 (SUSE Linux Enterprise/Desktop), Ubuntu20/18/14 variants. It may work on other variants as well, however, not tested. This would use native GNU/Linux utilities to build a user friendly information as per request.
