Hybrid MultiOS Script Builder

Hybrid CMD/Bash script creator

It's a bash script, which creates script working both on Windows 10 and GNU/Linux. Output is a script with .cmd extension and #!/bin/bash string as first line. It uses many techniques, which makes everything just worked both on GNU/Linux and Windows 10 systems - there's only two additional messages at the beginning.
