JOSM

Extensible OpenStreetMap editor

JOSI is a cross platform editor for OpenStreetMap. It's fast, and can handle large amounts of data.

JOSM also has a large number of plugins, allowing it to support functionality such as reverting changesets, importing pictures as layers, and other advanced functionality.
