JavaScript library for mobile-friendly interactive maps

Leaflet is designed with simplicity, performance and usability in mind. It has support for major desktop and mobile platforms, and takes advantage of technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.

Leaflet is very lightweight, but very extensible through the use of plugins.
