LibCVS Specification

https://www.gnu.org/software/libcvs-spec/
Describes an API for providing access to CVS.

LibCVS Specification is a documentation project to describe an API for providing access to CVS repositories. There are associated development projects which provide implementations of this API, such as LibCVS-Perl.

In addition, the LibCVS Specification project acts as a communication point for the various implementation projects, to discuss issues around its implementation, and CVS interoperability in general.
