QtiPlot is a cross-platform computer program for interactive scientific plotting, graphing, and data analysis. It supports creating 2D, statistical and 3D plots as well as 2D and 3D function graphing. QtiPlot can export to many different formats, including vector-based files.
QtiPlot versions are free up to version 0.9.8.9.
