There is no "LICENSE" or "COPYING" in the source code. But in each file containing code the BSD license is in it. The html files are either readmes, examples, or manuals/help. The only file that hasn't have a license is "ez_setup.py" this is a bootstrap witch I suspect that comes from python.org. I don't know if this files should be licensed.
