Hello,
there has been a conversation in the GNU webmasters mailing list www-discuss[1] in which we found that the entry for Flex needed some reviewing to say that this piece of software was never part of GNU but the GNU Project wrote its initial manual and helped distribute it (as seen in the Thank You section of the manual.) Also, change the link to the Flex home page to reflect the actual URL. Some references:
