- If by agreement of all authors, GnuCash is now licensed under the GNU General Public License Version 3 or later… Perhaps Guix already asked the question. If so, it could be suggested to GNUCash maintainers to upgrade the license document as they do on December 29, 2013? Genium (talk) 10:49, 12 April 2020 (EDT)
- That would make life harder for coders using v2 or public domain or permissive licenses themselves. Also it might be non-trivial to get the 'agreement of all authors'. I think perhaps we should rather ask the Guix people why they say it's v3+ when reality seems more complex. Mviinama (talk) 01:45, 13 April 2020 (EDT)
