The license on this package is based on BSD-3-Clause but is obviously a bit different. But everything in the Directory should be under a license from the license list <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html>. This isn't a simple name change on the BSD-3-Clause, and although it looks free on its face, we'll have to dig into it and see about getting it approved as a free license before we can add this package. That might take some time, as we get a lot of requests for license review.
This still looks like the same licensing issue mentioned here on this discussion page before, has something actually changed with it? -donaldr3
