Ultimate Executable Packer

UPX (Ultimate Executable Packer) is a portable, extendable, high-performance executable packer for several different executable formats.

It achieves an excellent compression ratio and offers very fast decompression. Your executables suffer no memory overhead or other drawbacks. UPX supports 32-bit and 64-bit GNU/Linux binaries, 32-bit Windows binaries and much more. Experimental support for 64-bit Windows binaries is also available.

Notes

The exception allows using UPX in proprietary software, as long as UPX itself isn't modified. GPL-compatible programs are not affected by this restriction on modification.
