License Collisions

It is possible that a single project can have two incompatible licenses because such a project could be a collection of independently licensed programs that do not interact. However, it is more likely the case that the programs listed below have simply been listed incorrectly in the directly, and therefore they should be reviewed.

In our discussion with brett, he told us that projects can have multiple licenses if different parts are under different licenses. Then, to use that project, one must simply comply with all of the licenses used in that project.
