Introduction
I am Sahithi Yarlagadda, based out of a town called Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. I am currently an undergraduate student of Computer Science at KLEF.
Interests
I am a Free Software Activist working for advocating the FOSS Philosophy. We are part of an Organization Swecha which is striving for implementation of FOSS in the local communities. We intervene in all cross-sections of the society to take Free Software to reach the commons. Few examples include
- Balaswecha is an Operating System based on GNU/Linux to bridge the digital divide in the local government schools to that of the Proprietary education standards
- We are implementing Freedombox as a personalized router to ensure privacy of the users and provide services to ruarl communities.
