Unfortunately I can not contribute to the FSD anymore because off a bug!

  • This page I will edit though.
Hi Bendikker, what is the bug you are talking about?
Did you report the bug in the newsletter? May I help you somehow? --LorenzoAncora (talk) 07:14, 13 September 2019 (EDT)
Yu keep bugging me, so I can nt contribute anymore. --Bendikker (talk) 07:46, 13 September 2019 (EDT)
It was you who wrote on my discussion page, so you can't be surprised if you get an answer and if I come to observe your account, also because you raised some doubts: generally, those in good faith don't need to hide public messages. I do not take any decision myself, I just apply the rules. As I helped you, I have to make sure that the freedom of other users is not compromised either: your freedom ends where that of others begins. These rules are nothing new, they are a practice of all wikis (Wikipedia is the leading example) so learning to respect them is very important. Now I'll leave you the second and last notification, please read it carefully:

I've noticed that yesterday you deleted a message from Mr. McMahon, a bureaucrat of the Free Software Directory. The message was a simple polite question, why did you delete it? Also, why then did you try to move/decontextualize the administrative notification I left you?
The discussion page is not a personal page and you cannot remove other users' contributions, the same is true for all other discussion pages. Your personal page is solely and exclusively the one you find at this address.
If you want you can move each discussion in bulk (without changing the messages, message order or title) and archive the discussions in a subpage when the page exceeds 32KiB in size.
User messages must not be edited/deleted unless they are vandalism or contain personal information.
2° WARNING: stop editing or deleting the messages left by other users.

If you continue to delete or modify user messages, a bureaucrat or an admin may decide to block your account instead of rolling back. I know very well that you are able to behave properly like all other users, I want to trust you.
Best regards, --LorenzoAncora (talk) 11:43, 13 September 2019 (EDT)

COMMENTS, WILL BE REMOVED

Hi Bendikker, you cannot do that, even if you write it in caps. As previously stated, no user can remove their own or other users' comments from their discussion page, unless they are vandalism or personal data. If you do, the administrators will cancel your changes. "History cannot be rewritten" :-)
For security reasons, you must allow users to write to you without their messages being altered and they must do the same with you. --LorenzoAncora (talk) 07:21, 13 September 2019 (EDT)
