I am concerned it is just going to sit there for a while. Is there something else I should do which will give me an "ack" that it is in some queue and not forgotten.

I am confused at what you mean. Yes this package has existed for a long time and has been GPL for a long time too, and has been part of Debian. But tarballs have never been in /pub/gnu like my other GNU packages, libcdio and vcdimager. And "Download" in the wiki link cited does nothing.

I do not realy understand if that was to me, I simply putted in reference links. The bashdb on Savannah is permission denied, maybe you contact Savannah about why that entry exists.

You can make the Free Software Directory entry nicer with a proper download and homepage description etc. Im not an admin or anything, just a contributor. --[[User:Bendikker|Bendikker]] ([[User talk:Bendikker|talk]]) 08:03, 5 September 2019 (EDT)

Bendikker - The best way to improve things in my opinion is not to make the nongnu savannah link work, but instead to make this a full-fledged GNU package. And that's what I've been trying to do.

Movement on bashdb inclusion

Hi - I've suggested bashdb as a possible addition to GNU. See [1] I am concerned it is just going to sit there for a while. Is there something else I should do which will give me an "ack" that it is in some queue and not forgotten.

And when I try to edit https://directory.fsf.org/wiki?title=Http://bashdb.sourceforge.net&oldid=78392 I can't upload a screenshot such as when I did when I submitted the entry.

Also, what's with the two distinct wiki entries for bashdb with slightly different information. I'd prefer one. Http://bashdb.sourceforge.net&oldid=78392 seems to have more information.
