When you edit entries you need to click on "View History" and "unapprove" them if they previously was unapproved and still should be that. So please unapprove earlier entries that you edited if you need to. I'll make sure this is mentioned in FSD:Participate if it's not already there.
I use my Contribution link on my user page. It's nice for other people to see what you've done when they come to your page so you can add it too if you like it like this: Mangeurdenuage
