Zim

http://zim-wiki.org
A desktop wiki

Zim brings wiki-like editing to your local desktop.

Every WYSIWYG page is saved as a text file with wiki markup. Pages can contain clickable links to other pages, and are saved automatically. Creating a new page is as easy as linking to a non-existing page.

This tool is intended to keep notes, drafts and TODO lists, but also includes extensions for advanced features such as HTML publishing and equation editing.
